Pilates Evolution Now is the East Maitland based boutique Pilates studio run by Polestar Pilates trained Peta Serras.
Peta discovered Pilates after taking classes in order to improve her dance technique. Amazed with the results she decided to start her training through Polestar Pilates Australia. She holds her Diploma in Professional Pilates through Polestar Australia and Certificate III in Fitness through the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences. After studying, Peta decided to start teaching Pilates and opened her studio, Pilates Evolution Now in August 2009.
Peta teaches a variety of classes with emphasis on clients achieving their personal best. Her goal is to get every client to achieve theirs and help them develop and understanding and love of the Pilates Method.
Pilates Evolution Now also works in conjunction with a number of Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists and other health professionals to ensure that all clients receive the most effective health and wellness benefits.
